Don't miss the chance to meet film director Claudio Zulian at the UK Premiere of 'Born' on 28 August at the ICA. The film that takes its name from a very old neighbourhood in Barcelona where the last battle against the Bourbon troops was fought in 1714, with the result that Catalonia lost its sovereignty. Part of the Catalan Avant-Garde season. Organised by the ICA, the Institut Ramon Llull and Reel Solutions.

Edinburgh’s Lucy Ribchester has made waves in 2015 with her debut, 'The Hourglass Factory'. Her story cunningly brings together the suffragette movement, Fleet Street journalists and a disappearing trapeze artist. In 'Desire for Chocolate', award-winning writer Care Santos takes a fictional journey from the cocoa bean’s arrival in Europe to the elaborate delights of chocolate today. A conversation between the two authors will be chaired by journalist Lee Randall on 26 August at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

'Blending (in the Air)'is the new large-scale show by one of the greatest Catalan theatre pioneers, La Fura dels Baus. The company will be take part in the Wilderness Festival on Saturday 8 August. Don't miss your chance to see their large scale show which involves flamenco singer Ginesa Ortega together with the Wilderness Festival Orchestra and the English choir Deep Throat and a cast of 60 British actors.
