Meritxell Martí

Meritxell Martí (Sabadell, 1972) has a degree in Humanities, is a trained musician and holds a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a master’s degree from the Universitat de Barcelona. She has taught art, film and literature at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. She has won several prizes in the field of children’s and young people’s literature, including the Junceda Award twice (2007 and 2010), and her books have been translated into more than eight languages.
