Ada Castells

Ada Castells (Barcelona, 1968) is an author, journalist, creative writing professor, and seminary school dropout. Solastalgia is her fifth novel and eighth book; her previous novel earned her the Sant Joan Prize and followed a fictionalized biography of Romantic painter Caspar David Friedrich. She has been translated into Spanish, English and German.
